Lei Cai

Lei is the CEO and director of Tech Skills Australia. Lei is also a respected trainer at Tech Skills Australia, known for his expertise in PLC’s and hazardous areas training. Lei holds a master’s in electrical engineering from Curtin University, Western Australia. With a strong background in automation and PLC programming, Lei contributes significantly to the delivery of nationally recognized qualifications, including the Certificate IV in Electrical – Instrumentation and Certificate IV in Hazardous areas.

Lei is a prominent member of the Australian IECEx committee holding several units of competency under the IECEx CoPC certification. His dedication to hands-on, practical instruction ensures that students gain the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their careers.
